Product Description
The Indigo 200 host devices from Vaisala are part of the Indigo product family and are designed to work with intelligent, standalone probes. These include humidity, temperature, CO₂, and vaporized hydrogen peroxide sensors, making the system highly versatile.
The devices support multiple probes such as HMP4–HMP9, TMP1, GMP251/GMP252, and the HPP270 series. Notably, the HPP272 probe can measure hydrogen peroxide, temperature, humidity, and calculated values like dew point and vapor pressure.
Typical applications include life science environments (incubators, hatchers), greenhouses, cold storage, food transport, and demanding HVAC systems. They are also suitable for environments using hydrogen peroxide decontamination.
The Indigo 200 series offers easy installation, interchangeable probes to reduce downtime, and clear data visualization. Its IP65-rated housing is dustproof, chemical-resistant, and suitable for harsh environments, with a smooth surface for easy cleaning.
Technical Specification
The Indigo 200 series is designed for flexible measurement applications by supporting a wide range of probes and parameters.
It is compatible with humidity probes (HMP4, HMP5, HMP7, HMP8, HMP9), temperature probe (TMP1), CO₂ probes (GMP251, GMP252), and hydrogen peroxide probes (HPP271, HPP272).
The system measures relative humidity, temperature, CO₂ concentration, and hydrogen peroxide vapor (ppm). The HPP272 probe additionally provides calculated values such as dew point and vapor pressure, enabling more advanced analysis.
The device features an IP65 protection rating, ensuring it is dust-tight and resistant to water jets, as well as resistant to most chemicals. The smooth housing design supports easy cleaning, which is ideal for sensitive or hygienic environments.
It also allows for quick installation and easy probe replacement, helping to minimize maintenance time and operational downtime.
