Product Description
The Vaisala HUMICAP® HMP4 humidity and temperature probe is specifically designed for high-pressure applications such as compressed air systems in marine, breathing air, and industrial environments, where measurement performance and chemical resistance are critical.
The HMP4 is part of the Vaisala Indigo product family and is compatible with Indigo200 series transmitters and the Vaisala Insight PC software for easy configuration, calibration, and data analysis.
The probe delivers humidity measurement accuracy up to ±0.8 %RH and temperature accuracy up to ±0.1 °C. Its sensor purge function provides excellent chemical resistance and long-term measurement stability.
Technical Specification
The HMP4 provides a temperature measurement range from −70 to +180 °C and supports operation in a pressure range from 0 to 10 MPa (0 to 100 bar), making it ideal for demanding industrial pressure applications.
The probe supports Modbus RTU communication via RS-485 and offers plug-and-play compatibility with Vaisala Indigo transmitters for easy system integration.
Each probe includes a traceable calibration certificate with 5 humidity calibration points and 1 temperature calibration point to ensure measurement reliability.
